Bulk Buy Networks - Role of Local Governments and Community Groups

In round 4 of the Sustainability Accord, Wyndham City Council and the Western Alliance for Greenhouse Action (WAGA) were awarded funding to complete a project to investigate the role of community groups and local governments in bulk buying networks and determine what steps local councils can take to ensure a successful bulk buying program in their local community. As part of the project a business case was developed for the successful delivery of a bulk buy network with definitions of roles and responsibilities with in the network.
